In the IB Primary Years Program (PYP), students of Tesla School (except KG) will conduct in-depth inquiries based on 6 transdisciplinary, closely connected and related to local, national, and international issues.

Each unit of inquiry is based on a knowledge base of one or more of six subject disciplines:
- LANGUAGE
- MATHEMATICS
- SCIENCE
- SOCIAL STUDIES
- PERSONAL, SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION
- ARTS
When the teacher is the mentor, the students actively learn
During the teaching process, Tesla teachers act as mentors, supporting students to learn and discover knowledge. This learning method will create agency in learning, evoking the spirit of love for discovery, the freedom in creativity, and expanding their ideas.
Each unit of inquiry will focus on a specific topic. The curriculum at Tesla is designed to be flexible, able to change according to the teacher’s plans, the student’s needs in the changing world. At the same time, students can also improve their Academic English and language skills (listening – speaking – reading – writing) continuously through each learning topic.
With the topic “5 human senses”, Grade students experienced blindfolded and guessing the taste of foods to understand taste
In the project related to the theme “Sharing the planet”, the students completed unique pictures, expressing their desire to keep the Earth green together.
The evidence has been researched to show that IB students have advantages compared to peers if able to participate in an international education program from an early age as it is comprehensive, balanced and provides the knowledge and skills required for global citizenship in the 21st century. The IB Diploma received on graduation in Gr 12 is highly recognized around the world and IB Diploma students are sought after by prestigious universities worldwide.
